The Next Steps

After visiting the land site with our builder we drove down the new marina road. This is now no longer a plan but a reality.
We went to discuss things at the recently opened Yacht Club of D Marin. What a refreshing change a yardstick at last "Quality for More" in this particular case.
The land we have is owned by our company which is also Didim's first 100% UK owned Ltd company. So as Developer we must vet the builder thoroughly.
Anyone can and seems to have built here in the past and as we know the shells are a simple job but it is the finish that is crucial.
Since the change in structure of our company we have been inundated with interest on our land ratifying its prime position. Our asset is that we do not claim to be builders but we know exactly what we want as a product and have been relocated here over two years so are locally educated in many specifics .
Time is on our side as we will stipulate that the show house must be completed by early April 2010 as we already have pre bookings for visits.
That will then give a definitive guide to purchasers of the end product and will then be simple to show the attributes of the other plots on the hillside.
All architect plans and drawings are ready and the site plan will be released early in the new year plots will all be a substantial 500m2.
We do not intend to market off plan but if we have demand for plots pre build, unlike most developers in the past any deposit will be secured on any customers choice of the land plots.
So we are very close to announcing the time lines of our instructed builders and today will be used as a guide and the bench mark for the quality we require.
A fully operational marina as the pictures illustrate and that which our development overlooks should and will fill everyone with confidence .

Further pictures are available on our Flickr link at the top of the blog and they are really worth a look. This Marina is breathtaking!
Many thanks too the Yacht Club Chief Ugurhan Yuvali for his hospitality.
